As a project manager and creative producer, I have realized dozens of group and solo exhibitions in museums, galleries, or biennales in the US, Europe, and Asia.
Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York, 2024

Key moments:
- Responsible for the production and installation of a site specific installation composed of 1300+ hand-pasted posters and graffiti art by Lee Quiñones;
- Orchestrated the development of a variety of visitor materials including a digital guide on Bloomberg Connects;
- Organized the design and content creation of Holzer’s artist’s book TRACE, ensured both artistic integrity and institutional requirements;
- Managed photo-video documentation and post-production, providing creative/editorial feedback.

Key moments:
- Developed checklist and exhibition design, working closely with architectural designer and registrars;
- Organized the textual and visual content creation for K+ Digital Guide;
- Managed PR materials and requests including wall text, press release, and interviews;
- Coordinated fabrication for site-specific installations.

Key moments:
- Coordinated key logistics including contract, production, shipping, and insurance for Xu Bing’s Tabacco Project in this touring exhibition;
- Found creative install solutions to realize an artwork series composed of 500,000+ cigarettes and a burning component that conform to the museum’s safety codes and liability requirements.
- Created handling/install guidelines to ensure the final presentations in the touring exhibition were consistent and of the highest quality possible.

Key moments:
- Oversaw the lifespan of the exhibition from checklist curation to the installation of 4 site-specific artworks;
- Served as the key liaison across different disciplines and time zones; translated artistic concepts, technical reports, and paperwork among the artist, studio, curator, sponsors, and vendors;
- Coordinated competing demands and problem-solved in a fast-paced day-to-day.
